2024 Nutcracker Audition Commitment Form

Before completing this form, please review our 2022 Contract and Policies; while you will have an opportunity to review the 2024 Contract and Policies before auditions, this will give you a good idea about what being a part of "The Nutcracker" entails.

Dancers must be 8 years old by September 1, 2024. If a dancer is not yet 8 years old, but has previously been in City Youth Ballet's Nutcracker, they are eligible to audition.

By completing this form, and submitting the $20 fee, you are letting us know that you are committed to being a part of City Youth Ballet's Nutcracker production for 2024.

Upon completion and submission of this form, you will be directed to another site to complete your $20 audition commitment fee. This fee is non-refundable/non-transferable, but will be applied to your audition fee for our 2024 production.
